Prescriptd
Prescriptd is a digital healthcare platform that helps patients get prescriptions from their own primary care doctor, fast.
They approached us to design a product that was simple, smart, and rooted in real clinical workflows. We built the app’s UX from scratch, architected multiple user flows, designed every screen, and supported a seamless development handoff.
Information Architecture

We mapped journeys for patients, doctors, and admins. We then translated those into a unified system with clear, linear flows that simplified complexity.

These UI designs evolved directly from the wireframes, shaped by feedback and functional clarity.

We began with focused, black-and-white wireframes to validate structure and flow.
The App

We introduced clean typography, muted dark backgrounds, and soft green accents to balance urgency with calm.

Each screen was stripped down to its essentials so we could focus on clarity, hierarchy, and smooth decision-making.

Microinteractions and animations were added to make flows feel reassuring and responsive.

We used these early layouts to test how different user types move through the system without friction.

Each screen was crafted to reduce friction, for both doctors reviewing cases and patients seeking quick care.

This stage helped us lock the logic, ensuring every interaction was purposeful before we moved into full design.
