CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Creativano Private Limited (“the Company”) operates as a professional service provider. We take on every project with deliberate intent, strategic thinking, and dedicated creative effort. Due to the bespoke nature of our digital services, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. No Standard Refunds

All payments made to Creativano Private Limited are non-refundable. This policy applies to all clients and service tiers to account for the immediate allocation of resources, research, and creative time upon project commencement. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Retainers and advance payments

  • Milestone-based payments 

  • Subscription or recurring service fees

  • Consulting, strategy, advisory, and professional service charges

Once a payment is successfully processed through our authorized payment gateways (including but not limited to Razorpay, Zoho Payments, or direct Bank Transfer), it is considered final.

2. No Refund After Work Commencement

Once any form of work has commenced—including but not limited to research, strategy, design exploration, development, or consultation—no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The Company allocates specific talent and time blocks for every project, and commencement signifies the exhaustion of those resources.

3. Exceptional and Genuine Cases

Refunds may be considered only in rare and exceptional circumstances, where the request is determined by the Company’s management to be genuine and valid. Such cases are reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company. Examples may include:

  • Verified Duplicate Payments: Accidental double-payments for the same invoice.

  • Non-Delivery: Situations where the Company is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to internal limitations or extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Approval of a refund in one instance does not establish a precedent for future cases.

4. Partial Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It may be partial, after accounting for work completed, time invested, and administrative resources allocated.

  • Any work already delivered or completed remains the exclusive intellectual property of Creativano Private Limited, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing through a formal Transfer of Rights.

5. Payment Gateway Processing

All approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment used at the time of transaction. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or card issuer (typically 5–7 business days) and are outside the Company’s direct control.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
