Nature of Digital Delivery

As the Company specializes in design, branding, development, and strategic consulting, the following applies:

• No Physical Goods: No physical products are packaged or shipped.

• No Courier Services: No third-party postal or courier services are utilized for service fulfillment.

• No Shipping Fees: There are no shipping or handling charges applicable to any of our service packages.

Methods of Delivery:

All project deliverables are transmitted through secure digital channels, including but not limited to:

• Official Email communication from @creativano.com.

• Secure file-sharing platforms (e.g., Google Drive).

• Cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe).

• Virtual consultations via video conferencing.

Delivery Timelines

As a Private Limited Company, we adhere to professional project management standards. Timelines are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Project Proposal signed by the client.

• Agreed Schedules: Project timelines are defined and agreed upon in writing before work commencement.

• Milestones: Deliverables are provided based on the milestone schedule outlined in your invoice or contract.

• Feedback Cycles: Delivery dates may be subject to adjustment based on the speed of client feedback, approvals, and any change in project scope.

Client Responsibilities & Access

For all digital and subscription-based services:

• Access Provision: Access links, login credentials, or digital files are shared via the client’s registered email address.

• Accuracy of Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate contact details. Creativano Private Limited is not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect email addresses or technical restrictions (e.g., full inboxes, firewalls) on the client’s end.

Corporate Jurisdiction

This Shipping and Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to service delivery shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
